Формування інформаційно-цифрової компетентності майбутніх учителів в умовах дистанційного навчання

Abstract

Мета статті – висвітлити особливості формування інформаційно-цифрової компетентності вчителів в умовах дистанційного навчання в Україні з позиції практичного аспекту. Висвітлено трактування поняття «інформаційно-цифрова компетентність». Визначено, що інформаційно-цифрова компетентність містить інформаційну та медіаграмотність, основи програмування, алгоритмічне мислення, навички роботи з базами даних, навички роботи в мережі інтернет та етику роботи з інформацією. З’ясовано, що однією з професійних навичок, якою повинен володіти сучасний вчитель, є інформаційно-цифрова компетентність, тому що в сучасних умовах дуже важливо розвинути навички роботи з інформаційно-комунікаційними технологіями. Розкрито структуру інформаційно-цифрової компетентності згідно з професійним стандартом вчителя. Виявлено, що в умовах дистанційного навчання використання цифрових технологій у професійній діяльності вчителів дає можливості вдосконалити цілі, зміст, методи, форми організації, прийоми, засоби навчання і є одним із визначальних показників формування інформаційно-цифрової компетентності вчителів, оскільки є запорукою успішного впровадження дистанційного навчання. Підкреслено, що дистанційна освіта – один з головних напрямів програми реформування та модернізації системи вищої освіти України. Тому використання цифрових технологій навчання створює значні переваги перед звичайними методами навчання. З’ясовано, що в умовах дистанційного навчання опанування нових програмних засобів значно розширює зміст інформаційно-цифрової компетентності вчителів, тому вони активно використовують певні формати, характерні для дистанційного навчання. Розкрито особливості використання таких дистанційних платформ, як Moodle, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams та Zoom. Встановлено, що формування інформаційно-цифрової компетентності вчителів в умовах дистанційного навчання вимагає впровадження технологій дистанційного навчання в освітній процес та потребує глибокого розуміння та передання освітнього матеріалу.

The purpose of the article is to highlight the features of the formation of information and digital competence of teachers in the conditions of distance learning in Ukraine from the standpoint of a practical aspect. The interpretation of the concept of information and digital competence is highlighted. It was determined that information and digital competence includes information and media literacy, the basics of programming, algorithmic thinking, skills for working with databases, skills for working on the Internet and ethics for working with information. It was found that one of the professional skills that a modern teacher should possess is information and digital competence, because in modern conditions it is very important to acquire skills in working with information and communication technologies. The structure of information and digital competence according to the teacher’s professional standard is disclosed. It was found that in the conditions of distance learning, the use of digital technologies in the professional activities of teachers provides opportunities for improving the goals, content, methods, forms of organization, methods, and teaching tools and acts as one of the determining indicators of the formation of information and digital competence of teachers, as it acts as a guarantee for the successful implementation of distance learning teaching. It is emphasized that distance education is one of the main directions of the reform and modernization program of the higher education system of Ukraine. Therefore, the use of digital learning technologies creates significant advantages over conventional learning methods. It was found that in the conditions of distance learning, mastering new software significantly expands the content of information and digital competence of teachers, so they actively use certain formats characteristic of distance learning. Features of using such remote platforms as Moodle, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams and Zoom are revealed. It has been established that the formation of information and digital competence of teachers in the conditions of distance learning requires the introduction of distance learning technologies into the educational process and requires a deep understanding and transfer of educational material.
