Російська логіка війни проти України від 24 лютого донині

Abstract

Мета дослідження. У статті увага зосереджена на дослідженні еволюції логіки мислення та дій агресорів у рамках сучасної російсько-української війни, насамперед керівництва держави-агресора – Російської Федерації. Методологія дослідження. Авторами показано необхідність застосування історико-системного методу в контексті окресленої проблематики. Новизна роботи. Проаналізовано специфіку мислення та механізми дій російських агресорів в контексті зв’язків між внутрішньою і зовнішньою політикою РФ. Мотиви й загалом раціональність агресивних дій російського керівництва проти України розглянуто зокрема у порівнянні з логікою агресії, притаманною й іншим претендентам на світову першість (Наполеон Бонапарт, Адольф Гітлер), простежено ідейні зв’язки між людиноненависницькою концепцією рашизму та іншими різновидами нацистсько-фашистської ідеології та парадигми міжнародних відносин. Висновки. Показано, що сучасна РФ у своєму розвитку в багатьох аспектах повторює моделі минулого інших країн (Франція, Британія, Німеччина, Японія та ін.), що загалом вже пройшли імперський, експансіоністський етап своєї історії. Також має місце ідеалізація, фальсифікація і навіть спроби певного відтворення (насамперед у формі політичних репресій) історичного досвіду СРСР і Російської імперії. Проте очевидними є і нові обставини й фактори ситуації у міжнародних відносинах постбіполярної доби, особливості еволюції державного ладу РФ на зламі ХХ–ХХІ ст., зокрема напівкримінальний характер політичного режиму сучасної Росії, що не може не впливати на зміст і спрямованість її зовнішньої політики, в т. ч. намагання не просто захопити і розграбувати інші країни, але й знищити їх державність і культуру.

The aim of the research. The research methodology. The authors show the necessity of applying the historical-systemic method in the context of the outlined problems. The scientific novelty. The specifics of thinking and the mechanisms of actions of the Russian aggressors in the context of connections between the domestic and foreign policy of the Russian Federation are analyzed. Motives and in general the rationality of the aggressive actions of the Russian leadership against Ukraine are considered in particular in comparison with the logic of aggression inherent in other contenders for world supremacy Napoleon Bonaparte, Adolf Hitler), the ideological connections between the misanthropic concept of rashism and other varieties of Nazi-fascist ideology and paradigms of international relations are traced. Conclusions. It is shown that the modern Russian Federation in its development in many aspects repeats the models of the past of other countries (France, Britain, Germany, Japan, etc.), which in general have already passed the imperial, expansionist stage of their history. There is also an idealization, falsification and even attempts at a certain reproduction (primarily in the form of political repression) of historical experience of the USSR and the Russian Empire. However, the new circumstances and factors of the situation in the international relations of the post-bipolar era, the peculiarities of the evolution of the state system of the Russian Federation at the turn of the 20th and 21st centuries, in particular the semi-criminal nature of the political regime of modern Russia, which cannot but influence the content and direction of its foreign policy, in particular the efforts not just to capture and plunder other countries, but also to destroy their statehood and culture.
