Сучасна російсько-українська війна у світлі російської пропаганди

Abstract

У статті увага зосереджена на дослідженні ідейної сутності і трансформації російської пропаганди в сучасних реаліях, насамперед в історичному контексті підготовки та здійснення агресіїРФ проти України. Образи й сутність російської пропагандиосмислені й у контексті доробку відомого французького філософа Жана Бодріяра. Проаналізовано засади, підх оди й еволюцію російської пропаганди в контексті зв’язків між внутрішньою і зовнішньою політикою РФ, конструюванням мілітаристсько-шовіністичних наративів. Обґрунтоване розуміння поняття пропаганди в контексті сучасної російсько-української війни і новітніх міжнародних відносин. Сучасні дослідники чітко простежуютьфакт інформаційно-пропагандистської війни Росії проти Української держави.Окре сленопотр ебу й шляхи якісного покращення фахової протидії зловмисній духовній експансії російських агресорів. Відзн ачено, що пропагандистський апарат сучасної РФ спирається на аналогічні напрацювання СРСР і поточні можливості інформаційної доби. Показано,що і сторична свідомість є головним об’єктом впливу шовіністично-мілітаристської пропаганди в Росії, що слугувала ст ановленню рашизму як тоталітарної ідеології. Подібно до творення «радянської людини» та «радянського народу» нав’язуються тези про виникненн я «російського народу» на засадах цінностей ISSN 2786-6165 (ONLINE) No7(13) 2023999 «російськогосвіту».Російський агресор застосовує механізми пропаганди як комплекс заходів для фундаментальної зміни реальності для певних народів, націй, етносів.У реаліях російсько-укр аїнської війни характерн им є поєднання військових та інформаційних заходів. The article focuses on the study of the ideological essence and transformation of Russian propaganda in modern realities, primarily in the historical context of the preparation and implementation of the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The images and essence of Russian propaganda are understood in the context of the work of the famous French philosopher Jean Baudrillard. The principles, approaches and evolution of Russian propaganda are analyzed in the context of connections between the internal and foreign policy of the Russian Federation, the construction of militarist-chauvinistic narratives. A well-founded understanding of the concept of propaganda in the context of the modern Russian-Ukrainian war and the latest international relations. In the realities of the Russian-Ukrainian war, a combination of military and information measures is characteristic. By ISSN 2786-6165 (ONLINE) No7(13) 20231000means of deception and violence, a number of countries seek to radically change the balance of power in the international arena, destroy rivals, seize their resources, etc. The need and ways to improve the quality of professional resistance to the malicious spiritual expansion of the Russian aggressors are outlined. It was noted that the propaganda apparatus of the modern Russian Federation is based on similar achievements of the USSR and the current possibilities of the information age. It is shown that historical consciousness isthe main object of influence of chauvinist-militaristic propaganda in Russia, which served to establish racism as a totalitarian ideology. Similar to the creation of the «Soviet man» and the «Soviet people», theses about the emergence of the «Russian people» bas ed on the values of the «Russian world» are imposed. The Russian aggressor uses propaganda mechanisms as a set of measures to fundamentally change reality for certain peoples, nations,and ethnic groups. In the realities of the Russian-Ukrainian war, a combination of military and information measures is characteristic.
