Сучасні технології в освіті: потенціал та тенденції розвитку

Abstract

Сучасна Україна знаходиться на етапі цифрової трансформації всіх галузей, саме тому важливо докорінно трансформувати освітні технології, щоб виховувати сучасну молодь всебічно розвиненою та адаптованою до мінливих соціально‐економічних умов. Відповідно, метою дослідження стала модернізація методико‐прикладних рекомендацій з розвитку сучасних технологій як головної умови забезпечення ефективності освітньої системи. Доведено, що в сенсі впливу інновацій на ефективність освіти та навпаки, окрему увагу слід приділити питанням не лише технологічного, а й соціального розвитку системи освіти. У зв’язку з цим, розроблено систему соціально‐економічних інтересів сучасної системи освіти України з метою забезпечення її інноваційності, виходячи з головних новітніх технологій. Сформовано висновки з позиції якісного управління стійким розвитком інноваційної складової системи освіти та впливу цих процесів на показники ефективності.

Modern Ukraine is in the process of digital transformation across all industries, which is why it is important to fundamentally transform educational technologies to educate a well‐rounded and adaptable younger generation that is prepared for the changing social and economic conditions. The object of the study was to modernize methodological and applied recommendations for the development of modern technologies as the main condition for ensuring the effectiveness of the educational system. There are severalways to overcome outdated teaching methods in Ukraine. One of the solutions is to reform educational programs that focus on the development of critical thinking and problem‐solving skills. Another solution is to decentralize the education system and give more autonomy to local schools and teachers. This will allow them to experiment with new teaching methods and better meet the needs of their students. Investing in technology and other resources to support interactive and engaging learning is possible if public‐private partnerships are encouraged to bridge the gap in resources and funding. It has been proven that in the sense of the impact of innovations on the effectiveness of education and vice versa, special attention should be paid to the issues of not only technological but also social development of the education system. In this regard, a system of socioeconomic interests in the modern education system of Ukraine has been developed from the standpoint of ensuring its innovativeness, based on the main latest technologies. The parameters of sustainable development of the Ukrainian education system were defined, and all aspects were considered in the complex: social, financial, economic, and budgetary types of development. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the further analysis of the methodological and applied principles of managing the digital transformation of the education system from the standpoint of the formation of prerequisites for ensuring high efficiency. The applied value of the research results consists in identifying the dependence of digitalization and the effectiveness of the education system on the direction of implementation of modern technologies, as well as on the ratio of directions of innovative changes in the education system.
