Вміст деяких макро- і мікроелементів у ґрунтах та рослинах Gentiana lutea L. з двох чорногірських популяцій Українських Карпат

Abstract

Досліджено вміст макро- (Ca, Na, K, Fe, Mg) і мікроелементів (Cu, Zn, Co, Mn) у рослинах Gentiana lutea L. та в ґрунтах з полонини Лемської і гори Пожижевської (хребет Чорногора, Українські Карпати). У ґрунтах на фоні низьких значень pH виявлено високий вміст рухомих форм більшості елементів. Встановлено суттєві міжпопуляційні відмінності елементного складу рослин G. lutea. Проведено аналіз вмісту елементів та визначено їхні коефіцієнти біологічного накопичення у різних органах рослин. There is investigated the content of macro- (Ca, Na, K, Fe, Mg) and microelements (Cu, Zn, Co, Mn) in Gentiana lutea L. plants and soils of Lemska valley and Pozhyzhevska mountain (Chornohora ridge, the Ukrainian Carpathians). In the soils at the background of low pH there is found a large amount of moving forms of most elements. Essential interpopulation distinctions of the element composition of G. lutea plants have been established. The analysis of the elements content is done and the coefficients of their biological accumulation in different organs of plants are defined.
