Вплив високотемпературного стресу на пігментний комплекс видів роду Solidago L. в репродуктивний період

Abstract

Досліджено зміну вмісту фотосинтетичних пігментів видів роду Solidago L. за умов високотемпературного стресу. З’ясовано що, вид S. сanadensis є більш адаптованим у порівнянні з S. virgaureа, за рахунок збільшення вмісту хлорофілу b та зменшення співвідношення хлорофілу а до хлорофілу b. Ключові слова: хлорофіл а, хлорофіл b, стрес, золотарник.

The changing content of photosynthetic pigments of the genus Solidago L. byconditions of high stress is investigated. It is shown that type S. сanadensis is more adapted compared with S. virgaurea by increasing of chlorophyll b content and reduction the ratio of chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b.
