ОСОБЛИВОСТІ НАУКОВОГО ПІДХОДУ М.М. КОВАЛЕВСЬКОГО ДО ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ФОРМ ДЕРЖАВНОГО ПРАВЛІННЯ

Abstract

У статті проаналізовані та висвітлені наукові підходи Максима Максимовича Ковалевського до вивчення форм державного правління, з'ясовано, що грунтовний аналіз історичного матеріалу привів вченого до висновку, що заміна монархічної форми правління на республіканську не завжди є беззаперечною ознакою розвитку принципів демократії й самоуправління народу. У статті також розкриваються погляди великого вченого на сутність й шляхи розвитку парламентської монархії, яку він вважав найприйнятнішою формою державного правління.

The scientific approaches of М. М. Kovalevskyi concerning the forms of government research are analyzed and cleared up in the рарег. The author has found out that after the substantial analysis of the historical material the scientist concluded that the substitute of the monarchist form of government bу the republic one is not always а compulsory criterion of democracy principles' development and people's self-government. The author also discovers the great scientist views on the nature and the ways of the development of the parliamentary monarchy which he considered the most appropriate form of government.
