| Abstract: | Тhе scientific article is devoted to coverage of research and topical issues relating to the histoгy of the formation, development and activities of the various models of the institute of constitutional control (supervision) of socialist Czechoslovakia (1948-1989 gg.)
Analysis of the above questions Ьу using а comparative analysis of the institute of constitutional control (supervision), Czechoslovakia, and а number of socialist states of Central and South Eastern Europe. The material is relevant to those who study historical aspects of the constitutional jurisdiction of foreign countries. Наукова стаття присвячена висвітленню та дослідженню актуальних проблем, що стосуються історії становлення, розвитку та діяльності різноманітних моделей інституту конституційного контролю (нагляду) соціалістичної Чехословаччини (1948-1989 рр.). Аналіз вищенаведених питань здійснюється з використанням порівняльного аналізу інституту конституційного контролю (нагляду) Чехословаччини та ряду соціалістичних держав Центральної і Південно-Східної Європи. Матеріал актуальний для тих, хто вивчає історичні аспекти конституційної юрисдикції зарубіжних країн. |
