| Abstract: | Здійснюється порівняльний аналіз правових актів ПАРЄ і законодавства
України про свободу совісті та релігії, виявляються їх спільні і відмінні риси.
Показується, що впровадження Україною рекомендацій ПАРЄ у національне
законодавство та правозастосовну практику наближає її до європейських
стандартів у сфері забезпечення права на свободу совісті та релігії. A comparative analysis of the legal acts of the PACE and Ukrainian legislation on freedom of conscience and religion is carried out, their common and distinctive features are revealed. It is shown that Ukraine’s introduction of PACE recommendations into national legislation and law enforcement practices brings it closer to European standards in the area of ensuring the right to freedom of conscience and religion. |
