Вимушене переселення як чинник девіантної поведінки дітей і підлітків у полікультурному середовищі

Abstract

Метою статті є аналіз основних причин девіантної поведінки дітей та підлітків, з’ясування впливу вимушеного переселення в умовах війни на девіації у неповнолітніх; обґрунтувати значення органі зації освітнього середовища з урахуванням полікультурності здобувачів освіти. У дослідженні використано аналітичні методи для пошуку та відбору сучасних досліджень щодо впливу війни на дітей та підлітків, здій снення аналізу вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду профілактики девіантної поведінки переселенців, синтез наукових ідей та їх структуризація. Здійснено узагальнення ідей науковців та власного педагогічного досвіду, інтерпретовано результати, зроблено висновки. Девіантна поведінка дітей і підлітків в умовах вимушеного переселення стає через війну є перешкодою для повноцінної соціалізації у поліетнічному соціумі, а відтак потребує пошуку нових механізмів і засобів профілактики. Ефективним засобом профілактики девіантної по ведінки визначено освітнє середовище насичене полікультурним змістом та цінностями. У полікультурному освітньому середовищі толерантність виконує роль універсального інструменту взаємодії носіїв різних куль тур. Перспективи подальших досліджень вбачаємо у розробці педагогічного інструментарію профілактики девіантної поведінки підлітків у полікультурному освітньому середовищі.

The relevance of the publication is determined by military challenges that negatively affect people’s behaviour. The risk group consists of children and adolescents who, due to the military conflict, had to adapt to new, unusual conditions due to a change of residence. Despite the efforts of authorities at all levels, volunteers, the community, and benefactors to support and create acceptable living conditions for internally displaced persons, the process of adaptation to new realities of life, a multicultural society, and a different educational environment remains painful. The purpose of the article is to analyze the main reasons for the deviant behaviour of children and adolescents, to find out the impact of forced relocation in the conditions of war on deviance in minors; justify the importance of the organization of the educational environment, taking into account the multiculturalism of the students of education. Analytical methods were used in the research to find and select modern studies on the impact of war on children and adolescents, to analyze the domestic and foreign experience of preventing deviant behaviour of immigrants, synthesis of scientific ideas and their structuring. The ideas of scientists and own pedagogical experience were summarized, the results were interpreted, and conclusions were drawn. The deviant behaviour of children and adolescents in the conditions of forced resettlement becomes an obstacle to full socialization in a multi-ethnic society, and therefore requires the search for new mechanisms and means of prevention. An educational environment saturated with multicultural content and values is defined as an effective means of preventing deviant behaviour. In a multicultural educational environment, tolerance plays the role of a universal tool for the interaction of speakers of different cultures.
