Стандартизація ІТ–освіта на сучасному етапі: порівняльний аспект

Abstract

Галузь інформаційних технологій є однією із найбільш перспективних як у світі, так і в Укра їні. Нині на ринку праці вакансій IT-фахівців набагато більше, ніж пошукачів.Актуальним постає питання рівня професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з інформаційних технологій, рівня їх фахової компетент ності, яка б відповідала потребам ІТ-галузі й вимогам роботодавців. Стаття присвячена співвіднесенню та порівнянню стандартів вищої освіти для підготовки ІТ-фахівців з міжнародними вимогами та класифікаціями професій. Для досягнення поставленої мети дослідження проаналізовано та узагальнено вимоги стандартів вищої освіти галузі знань 12 Інформаційні технології, Національного класифікатора професій та міжнарод них документів: Системи стандартної класифікації професій (SOC), Сomputing Сurricula 2020, Європейського фреймворку e-компетенцій (e-CF). Проаналізовано розподіл здобувачів вищої освіти в Україні за кількістю закладів освіти, в яких ведеться підготовка ІТ-фахівців, з’ясовано, що найбільша кількість закладів зосеред илась на підготовці майбутніх фахівців спеціальності 122 Комп’ютерні науки. Порівняння професійних видів робіт засвідчило про неповноту Національного класифікатора професій щодо номенклатури сучасних профе сій ІТ-галузі, зокрема в розділі «Фахівці». Проаналізовано об’єкти діяльності та теоретичний зміст предмет них галузей, що зазначені в стандартах вищої освіти, відмічено важливість фундаментальної математичної підготовки в закладах освіти. Визначено зв’язок та розбіжності між базовими профілями Computing Curricula 2020 і спеціальностями галузі знань 12 Інформаційні технології

The field of information technologies is one of the most promising both in the world and in Ukraine. Currently, there are much more vacancies for IT specialists on the labor market than, in fact, for specialists. The issue of improving the quality of professional training of future information technology specialists, the level of their professional competence, which would meet the needs of the IT industry and the requirements of employers, is becoming urgent. The article is devoted to the correlation and comparison of the standards of higher education for the training of IT specialists with international requirements and classifications of professions. To achieve the goal of the research, the requirements of the standards of higher education in the field of knowledge 12 Information Technologies, the National Classifier of Professions and international documents: Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) system, Computing Curricula 2020, European e-Competence Framework (e-CF) were analyzed and summarized. The distribution of higher education applicants in Ukraine by the number of educational institutions that train IT specialists was analyzed, it was found that the largest number of institutions focused on training future specialists in the specialty 122 Computer science. A comparison of professional types of work testified to the incompleteness of the National Classifier of Professions regarding the nomenclature of modern professions in the IT industry, in particular in the "Specialists" section. The interrelationship of IT specialties is analyzed through the analysis of the objects of activity and the theoretical content of the subject areas described in the standards of higher education, the importance of fundamental mathematical training in educational institutions is noted. The connection and differences between the basic profiles of Computing Curricula 2020 and specialties of the field of knowledge 12 Information technologies are determined
