| Abstract: | У статті приведено аналіз показників поширеності та захворюваності хвороб підшлункової залози, органів травлення в структурі усіх хвороб на Закарпатті. Вивчено особливості хронічного панкреатиту в залежності від статі, віку, тривалості та форми. У 2011 році виявлено збільшення показників поширеності та захворюваності хвороб органів травлення в структурі усіх хвороб та хвороб підшлункової залози. На хронічні панкреатити частіше хворіють чоловіки, як правило особи працездатного віку 40-59 років. У 66% хворих хронічним панкреатитом виявлено гелікобактерну інфекцію з наявністю ерозивної та еритематозної гастропатії. |
| Description: | In the article is shown the analysis of the prevalence and incidence of diseases of the pancreas, the digestive system in the structure of all diseases in Transcarpathia.Were studied the features of chronic pancreatitis according to sex, age, duration and shape. In the period from 2009 to 2011 years reduced prevalence and incidence of digestive diseases and all diseases were found, but in 2011, was an increase of prevalence and morbidity of digestive diseases in the structure of all diseases and diseases of the pancreas. On chronic pancreatitis more frequently suffer men of working age 40-59 years old. In 66% of patients with chronic pancreatitis was found H. Pylori infection with the presence of erosions and erythematous gastropathy. |
