Взаємозалежність соціальної реабілітації, соціальної адаптації та соціальної інтеграції у сфері соціальної роботи

Abstract

У міжнародному просторі соціальне благополуччя є основою демократичного та соціально справедливого суспільства. Цілі Сталого Розвитку передбачають створення недискримінаційного, рівноправ ного та інклюзивного суспільства. Вітчизняним законодавством визначено соціальні послуги, які сприяють цьому. Відтак, надання таких послуг, як соціальна реабілітація, соціальна адаптація та соціальна інтеграція спрямовані на створення соціального благополучного суспільства. Саме тому метою статті є розкриття сут ності цих понять та встановлення взаємозв’язку між поняттями соціальна реабілітація, соціальна адаптація та соціальна інтеграція. Для досягнення поставленої мети було використано теоретичний метод – аналіз та синтез наукової літератури та нормативно-правової бази з метою їх структурування та узагальнення. Взаємо залежність соціальної реабілітації, соціальної адаптації та соціальної інтеграції відслідковується на законо давчому рівні. Окрім цього, вітчизняні дослідники також вбачають взаємозв’язок між цими послугами, метою яких є допомогти особистості налагодити взаємовідносини із соціальним середовищем

Internationally, social well-being is the foundation of a democratic and socially just society. In September 2015, as part of the 70th session of the UN General Assembly, the UN Summit on Sustainable Development took place in New York, where the document «Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development» was approved, which includes 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 tasks. The Sustainable Development Goals envision a non-discriminatory, equal and inclusive society. Ukraine has joined the «global process of ensuring sustainable development». Domestic legislation defi nes social services that help to overcome these problems and create a socially comfortable society for all categories of the population. Social services include social rehabilitation, social adaptation and social integration, which are aimed at creating a socially prosperous society. That is why the purpose of the article is to reveal the essence of these concepts and to establish the relationship between these key concepts. To achieve this goal, the author used the theoretical method of analysis and synthesis of scientific literature and the legal framework with a view to structuring and generalizing them. The interdependence of social rehabilitation, social adaptation and social integration is monitored at the legislative level. In addition, domestic researchers also see the interconnection between these services, which aim to help individuals establish relationships with the social environment. All the services are aimed at the social inclusion of individuals in the life of society, their active participation in family and domestic, socio-cultural, public, educational and professional spheres.
