| Abstract: | У статті визначаються такі поняття як здійснення авторських прав, межі їх здійснення. Висвітлюється питання самостійного здійснення авторських прав первинним суб'єктом, та використання твору автора іншими особами. Окремо розглянуто питання здійснення авторських прав шляхом укладання авторського договору. ln article such concepts as realization of copyrights, borders of their realization are defined. Questions of independent realization af copyrights bу the primary subject, and uses of product of the author bу other persons are taken up. The question of realization of copyrights bу the conclusion of the author's contract is separately considered. |
