| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена аналізу правового положення житлово-будівельних кооперативів за радянським законодавством висвітлюються етапи розвитку даного виду кооперативів у їх зв'язку з соціально-економічними та внутрішньополітичними процесами, визначаються особливості їх правового регулювання. The article is dedicated to the legal position of the building and loan associations according to the Soviet legislation. The article eals with the stages of the development of this type of associations іn connection with socio-economic and internal political processes and determines peculiarities of their legal regulation. |
