Стаття присвячена визначенню характерних рис, які притаманні видам прав на чужу земельну ділянку, а саме: сервітуту, емфітевзису та суперфіцію. На підставі проведеного аналізу визначено спільні та відмінні риси зазначених прав для більш точного розуміння кожної із категорій та їх значення у сучасному земельному законодавстві,

The article is devoted to the decision of the personal touches, what inherent to the types of the rights to stranger land lot, which includes: servitut, emfitevzis and superficies. On the basis of the conducted analysis certainly distinguishing features of the noted rights general and for more exact understanding of each of categories and their value in the modern landed legislation.
