Ідеї свободи та недоторканності людини як природного права в стародавні часи

Abstract

The problem of appearing and developing freedom and inviolabiJity of person, its consolidation in different sources are analysed in this work; the ideas of ancient mytholody, Chinese, Greek 17and Roman philosophers: Mo-dzi and Lao-dzi, Confucian, Platon, Aristotel and Ciceron are considered here. The Conclusion that in ancient times the freedom of person as definite opportunity only was conceived and had no modern importance is argued. Freedom and inviolability of person have got its Ьу- laws consolidation later in ancient Greek and Roman laws. The conclusion about natural features of freedom and inviolability in ancient times and which then were recognized, as definite social weal was made.
