| Abstract: | The article considers the degree of legal provision of activity of executive bodies in Ukraine. The lack of laws, determining the legal nature of executive power, its organization, and also the status of higher and central bodies essentially lowers the effectiveness of state power in general and is one of the meaningful political-legal problems in Ukraine nowadays. |
