Гібридна математична модель оцінювання рівня іміджу місця призначення в контексті сталого розвитку регіону

Abstract

Проведено дослiдження актуальної задачi розроблення гiбридної моделi оцiнювання рiвня iмiджу мiсця призначення в контекстi сталого розвитку регiону. Гiбридна математична модель враховує експертнi оцiнки учасникiв туристичного руху щодо вiдвiдування мiсця призначення через призму здорового та безпечного довкiлля; враховується залежнiсть мiж витратами, кiлькiстю днiв перебування та задоволеностi вiдвiдування мiсця призначення; включає експертнi висновки рiвня сталого розвитку регiонiв, як показник мiж задоволенням сучасних потреб туристичного руху та захистом iнтересiв майбутнiх поколiнь через призму здорового та безпечного довкiлля. На основi вихiдних оцiнок пiдвищується ступiнь обґрунтованостi рiшень щодо розробки майбутнiх сценарiїв для iнновацiйного розвитку туристичної галузi у контекстi сталого розвитку регiону. В дослiдженнi використано адекватний апарат нечiтких множин, нечiтке логiчне виведення, багатовимiрнi функцiї належностi, iнтелектуальний аналiз знань та системний аналiз, що уможливлює пiдвищити ступiнь обґрунтованостi управлiнських рiшень щодо майбутнiх сценарiїв. При цьому вперше розроблено гiбридну модель оцiнювання рiвня iмiджу мiсця призначення в контекстi сталого розвитку регiону, на основi задоволеностi учасникiв туристичного руху. Модель складається з двох етапiв. На першому етапi здiйснюється фазифiкацiя вхiдних даних, що представляє собою, як лiнгвiстичнi висновки, так i кiлькiснi оцiнки. Пiсля цього отримується одна нормована оцiнка рiвня iмiджу мiсця призначення у розрiзi експертiв. На другому етапi враховується експертний рiвень сталого розвитку регiону та здiйснюється дефазифiкацiя даних для одержання однiєї агрегованої оцiнки рiвня iмiджу мiсця призначення в межах регiону. На основi агрегованої оцiнки визначається лiнгвiстичний рiвень iмiджу мiсця призначення.

Research has been carried out on the actual task of developing a hybrid model for evaluating the level of the image of the destination in the context of the sustainable development of the region. The hybrid mathematical model takes into account the expert assessments of the participants of the tourist movement regarding visiting the destination through the prism of a healthy and safe environment; the dependence between expenses, the number of days of stay, and the satisfaction of visiting the destination is taken into account; includes expert conclusions on the level of sustainable development of regions, as an indicator between meeting the current needs of the tourist movement and protecting the interests of future generations through the prism of a healthy and safe environment. Based on initial assessments, the degree of validity of decisions regarding the development of future scenarios for the innovative development of the tourism industry in the context of sustainable development of the region increases. The research uses an adequate apparatus of fuzzy sets, fuzzy logical derivation, multidimensional membership functions, intellectual analysis of knowledge, and system analysis, which makes it possible to increase the degree of reasonableness of management decisions regarding future scenarios. At the same time, for the first time, a hybrid model was developed for evaluating the level of the image of the destination in the context of sustainable development of the region, based on the satisfaction of the participants of the tourist movement. The model consists of two stages. In the first stage, input data is fuzzification, which represents both linguistic conclusions and quantitative assessments. After that, one normalized assessment of the image level of the destination according to experts is obtained. At the second stage, the expert level of sustainable development of the region is taken into account and data defuzzification is carried out to obtain one aggregated assessment of the image level of the destination within the region. Based on the aggregated assessment, the linguistic level of the image of the destination is determined.
