| Abstract: | У статті розглядаються порівняльні характеристики лексем bread / Brot в англійській і німецькій мовних картинах світу. Дається визначення мовної картини світу. Розглянуто етимологічні та семантичні особливості досліджуваних лексичних одиниць. Фокусується увага на словотворчих і фразеологічних особливостях лексем bread / Brot. Виявлено як спільні для обох мов характеристики, так і певні специфічні риси. Тре агісіе амеїз оп соптрагаїе сПагасіегізііся ої пе Іехетез фгеаа / Brot in English and German language pictures of the world. The definition of the language picture of the world is provided in the research. Etymological and semantic aspects of the lexical units are considered in the article. The attention is focused on the word-building and phraseological peculiarities of the lexemes bread / Brot. Both common and specific features of these lexemes in the English and German languages are defined. |
