| Abstract: | Подібність клініко-рентгенологічних проявів при туберкульозі та раку легень ускладнює їхню диферен·
ціальну діагностику та обумовлює частоту діагностичних помилок. В пропонованій статті описаний унікальний випадок пухлиноподібного туберкульозу з локалізацією в міждольовій плевральній порожнині. Для правильного встановлення
діагнозу показане повторне гістологічне дослідження матеріалу, отриманого методом трансторакальної
тонкогольчатої біопсії. Sameness of clinical-roentgenologic symptoms attached of tuberculosis and lungs cancer complicates their differential diagnostics and stimulates frequency of diagnostic mistakes. It is describe an unique case of tumoroides tuberculosis with localization in intralobularis pleuralis cavity in offered article. It must bе repeating histological research bу transthoracalis thick eagle bioptate for correcting diagnose. |
