Здоров’язберігаюча функція глютонімів на позначення пиття (на матеріалі текстів сучасної жіночої прози)

Abstract

У статті на матеріалі окремих прозових творів сучасних українських письменниць (Н. Байдаченко «Нічого особистого»; Т. Стрижевська «Ad Libitum»; Г. Вдовиченко «інші пів'яблука»; І. Тетера «Київ - "New York"; Н. Груницька «Мелодія кави у тональності кардамону»; Н. Гуменюк «Вересові меди»; Л. Денисенко «Нова стара баба»; О. Мельник Ship life. Сім місяців добровільного рабства») з'ясовано місце глютонійного простору в аспекті етнокультурних взаємин, глобалізаційних зв'язків, міжкультурної комунікації, сучасних реалій життя. Акцентовано на актуальності вивчення глютонійної лексики, кулінарної складової в літературному тексті загалом і глютонійному дискурсі зокрема. Праці науковців демонструють високий ступінь розробки диференціації глютонімів різних типів, проте поза увагою залишається здоров'язберігаюча функція найменувань на позначення пиття, а відтак - виникає потреба в її детальному описі. Наше дослідження висвітлює особливості репрезентації здоров'язберігаючої функція найменувань на позначення пиття, її лінгвокультурне та семантичне значення. Окрім того, результати статті демонструють специфіку відображення лексико-семантичного поля «Рідина» в художній картині світу і в кулінарній зокрема. Відповідний лексичний фонд є доволі продуктивним в аналізованих творах, представлений назвами безалкогольних та алкогольних напоїв, якими письменниці послуговуються в різних варіаціях. За допомогою багатоаспектного дослідження окреслених лексем з'ясовано семантичне значення головних і поширювальних компонентів глютонімів, їхнє стилістичне, лінгвокультурне й функційне навантаження. Висвітлено основні складники здоров'язберігаючої функції, яка маніфестує не лише вітальні потреби людини, але й певні лінгвістичні та культурні орієнтири, що, своєю чергою, знаходять вираження передовсім в лексичному значенні слова й контексті. Зафіксовано позитивні та негативні властивості глютонійних найменувань, які реалізуються крізь призму здоров'язберігаючої функції в контексті сучасних українських прозових текстів, написаних жінками.

The article is based on the material of prose compositions of modern Ukrainian women writers (N. Baidachenko “Nichoho osobystoho’; T. Stryzhevska “Ad Libitum’; G. Vdovichenko “Inshi piviabluka’; |. Tetera “Kyiv — New York’; N. Grunytska “Melodiia kavy u tonalnosti kKardamonu”; N. Humenyuk “Veresovi medy”; L. Denysenko “Nova stara baba’; O. Melnyk “Ship life. Sim misiatsiv dobrovilnoho rabstva’) the place of glutony space іп the aspect of ethnocultural relations, globalization, intercultural communication, modern realities of life. Emphasis is placed on the relevance of studying glutonic vocabulary, the culinary component in the literary text in general and glutonic discourse in particular. The works of scientists demonstrate a high degree of development of the clasificatiation of different types of glutonyms, but the health-preserving function of names for drinking remains overlooked. And therefore there is a need for its detailed description. The orientations of the Ukrainian glutony code are outlined by highlighting the health-preserving function of names of drinks. Our study deals with the peculiarities of the representation of the health-preserving function of names for drinking, its linguistic and cultural and semantic significance. In addition, the results of the article demonstrate the specificity of the lexical-semantic field “Liquid” in the writers worldview in general and in culinary worldview in particular. The corresponding lexical collection is quite productive in the analyzed texts, represented by the names of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, which the writers use in different variations. With the help of a multi-aspect study of the outlined lexemes, the semantic meaning of the main and spreading components of glutonyms, their stylistic, linguistic and cultural load was clarified. The main components of the health-preserving function, which manifests not only the vital needs of a person, but also certain linguistic and cultural orientations, which are expressed primarily in the lexical meaning of the word and the context, are highlighted. The positive and negative properties of glutathione names, which are realized through the prism of a health-preserving function in the context of modern Ukrainian prose texts written by women, are recorded.
