Проблеми активізації інноваційної діяльності в Україні

Abstract

У статті розглядаються проблеми активізації інноваційної діяльності, насамперед, на регіональному рівні. Зроблено аналіз стану інноваційного потенціалу регіонів України. Сформульовано основні напрями активізації інноваційно-інвестиційної діяльності. Досліджено основні методичні засади щодо визначення показників інвестиційної привабливості регіонів. Запропоновано наукові підходи до використання, відтворення, розвитку інноваційного та науково-технічного потенціалів. Наведено перспективи та можливості стимулювання інноваційного розвитку регіонів України. In the article the problems of activation of innovative activity are examined above all things at regional level. The analysis of the state of innovative potential of region of Ukraine. Basic directions of activation of innovative investment activity are formulated. Investigational basic methodological principles in relation to determination of indexes of investment attractiveness of regions. The scientific going is offered near the use, recreation, development of innovative and scientific and technical potentials. Prospects and possibilities of stimulation of innovative development of region of Ukraine are resulted.
