Аналіз показників карієсу тимчасових зубів у дітей, які проживають в гірській зоні Закарпатської області

Abstract

Мета. Оцінити клінічні показники захворюваності на карієс тимчасових зубів у дітей, які проживають в гірській зоні Закарпатської області. Матеріали і методи. Було проведено обстеження 116 дітей у віці 5–6 років (56 хлопців – 48,28±0,3% та 60 дівчат – 51,72±0,3%), мешканців гірської та низинної зон Закарпатської області. Були визначені поширеність інтенсивність та активність карієсу з урахуванням групової належності уражених зубів, рівень гігієни зa дoпoмoгoю гігієнічнoгo індeкca зa Фeдopoвим-Вoлoдкіною. Статистичний аналіз отриманих даних проводилися на персональному комп’ютері з використанням ліцен-зованих програм ̋МS Excel 7 ̋ для операційної системи ̋ Windows ̋ та стандартного пакету програм «STATISTICA» v. 6.0. Результати та їх обговорення. Серед обстежених 116 дітей міста Рахова з тимчасовим прикусом встановлені високі показники поширеності (95,7%) та інтенсивності карієсу (14,7±1,9 од.) серед обстежених дітей Рахівської школи, найчастіше були вражені тимчасові моляри (97,7±1,4%) та центральні різці (85,52±1,9%). Встановлено превалювання субкомпенсованого ступеню активності карієсу у дітей з тимчасовим прикусом (43,96%); найчастіше діагностувався глибокий карієс 54,06%. Встановлено пряму залежність ступеню активності карієсу та рівня гігієни: при декомпенсованому ступені активності карієсу гігієна визначалася як дуже погана.Висновки. Отримані результати доводить підвищення потреби якості проведення індивідуального навчання щоденної гігієни порожнини рота та сигналізують про нагальну необхідність покращення роботи дитячого стоматолога стосовно проведення заохочення та навчання дітей, що є особливо ефективним серед дітей дошкільного та молодшого шкільного віку, як найбільш виправданого. An examination was conducted of 116 children aged 5–6 years (56 boys – 48.28±0.3% and 60 girls – 51.72±0.3%), residents of the mountain and lowland zones of Zakarpattia region. The prevalence, intensity and activity of caries were determined taking into account the group belonging of the affected teeth, the level of hygiene with the help of the hygienic index according to Fedopov-Volodkina.Statistical analysis of the obtained data was carried out on a personal computer using the licensed programs “MS Excel 7” for the operating system ̋ Windows ̋ and the standard program package “STATISTICA” v. 6.0.Results and Discussionin. Among the examined 116 children of the city of Rakhiv with a temporary bite, high rates of caries prevalence (95.7%) and caries intensity (14.7±1.9 units) were established among the examined children of the Rakhiv school, temporary molars were most often affected (97.7±1.4%) and central incisors (85.52±1.9%). Prevalence of subcompensated degree of caries activity in children with temporary bite was established (43.96%); deep caries was most often diagnosed in 54.06%. A direct relationship between the degree of caries activity and the level of hygiene was established: with a decompensated degree of caries activity, hygiene was defined as very poor.Conclusions. The obtained results prove the need to improve the quality of individual training in daily oral hygiene and signal the urgent need to improve the work of children's dentists in terms of encouraging and teaching children, which is especially effective among children of preschool and primary school age, as the most justified
