Проблеми розвитку готельної індустрії в регіоні

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню готельної індустрії в регіоні. Сформовано ряд проблем, які гальмують розвиток ринку готельних послуг в регіоні. На підставі аналізу готельної інфраструктури зроблені висновки про сучасний стан готельних послуг в регіоні. А також виокремлено підходи до формування готельної індустрії в регіоні такі як: просторово-часовий, генетичний, системний, відтворювальний та проблемний підходи. Здійснено групування проблем готельної індустрії в регіоні на групи залежно від розвитку готельної інфраструктури в регіоні та державного регулювання готельного бізнесу в регіоні. Ключові слова: розвиток, готельна індустрія, регіон, ринок готельних послуг.

Аrticle is devoted to research the hotel industry in the region. Formed a number of problems hampering the development of the hotel services market in the region. The analysis of hotel infrastructure conclusions about the current state of hotel services in the region. Also singled out approaches to the formation of the hotel industry in the region such as: space-time, genetic, systemic, reproductive and problematic approaches.The grouping problems hotel industry in the region into groups depending on the development of hotel infrastructure in the region and state regulation of the hotel business in the region.
