Сюжетотворна роль образу в літературному творі

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості будови сюжету у художньому творі та визначено роль образів у його формуванні. Визначено, що образи, які формують сюжет, по-різному співвідносяться з біографічним матеріалом. Спершу сюжети базувались на образах, притаманних міфам та народній творчості, які, поступово звільняючись від канонічних догматів, ставали ближчими до реальних особистостей. У роботі розглянуто основні підходи до трактування феномена літературного твору. Досліджуючи роль образу у створенні сюжету, учені передусім звертають увагу на особистість письменника, моменти перетину біографічного й художнього матеріалу. Співвіднесення літературних персонажів та їхніх життєвих прототипів є одним з найважливіших аспектів літературознавчого дослідження, оскільки має вплив на сюжетотворення. У ХІХ – ХХ століттях простежується тенденція до створення образів на основі фактів дійсності. Відомо, що саме газетна хроніка часто слугувала основою для створення образів у творчості Ф.М. Достоєвського та О.М. Островського. Значна роль у формуванні сюжету належить образній системі літературного твору, що обумовлює наявність декількох класифікацій художніх образів стосовного цього аспекту. У статті за основу взято класифікацію образів, що була запропонована В.М. Кожевніковим та П.О. Ніколаєвим, а саме предметна, узагальнено-смислова й структурна. Роль образів у створенні сюжету було розглянуто на матеріалі повісті О.І. Солженіцина «Раковий корпус». Вважається, що в образах, що були створені письменником через високу ступінь документалізму та автобіографічності, предметному плану приділяється набагато більше уваги у побутовоописових характеристиках і фактологічних деталях, адже повість «Раковий корпус» здебільшого побудована на достовірному відтворенні дат, особистостей, подій і місця дії. Актуальним є також розподілення героїв творів О.І. Солженіцина на автобіографічних і вигаданих. Образ може бути продуктом авторського творчого акту, який вписується у вигаданий сюжет, а може за біографічного підходу сам диктувати характер сюжетної колізії, у рамках якої відбуваються події у творі.

The peculiarities of the plot structure in a work of art and the role of images in its formation are shown in the article. Plot forming images are differently correlated with the biographical material. Initially, the plots were based on images inherent in myths and folk art, which is gradually freed from canonical dogmas, became closer to real people. The main approaches to the interpretation of a literary work phenomenon are considered in the article. Investigating the role of the image in the plot creation, scientists first of all pay attention to the personality of the writer, the moments of intersection of biographical and artistic material. The correlation of literary characters with their life prototypes is one of the most important aspects of literary research because it has an impact on storytelling. In the 19–20th centuries there is a tendency to create images based on the facts of reality. It is known that the newspaper chronicle in many cases is the basis for the creation of images in the work of F.M. Dostoevsky and O.M. Ostrovsky. A significant role in the plot formation belongs to the system of images of the literary work which determines the existence of several classifications of artistic images related to this aspect. The article is based on the classification of images proposed by V.M. Kozhevnikov and P.O. Nickolaev: substantive, generalized-semantic and structural. The role of images in the creation of the plot was considered on the material of O.I. Solzhenitsyn’s story “Cancer Ward”. It is believed that in the images created by the writer due to the high degree of documentary and autobiographical subject matter is paid much more attention to the descriptive characteristics and factual details, because the story "Cancer Ward" is mostly based on accurate reproduction of dates, personalities, events and places. The distribution of the heroes of O.I. Solzhenitsyn’s works on autobiographical and fictional is also relevant. The image can be the product of the author’s creative act, which fits into the fictional plot, and can, in the case of a biographical approach, dictate the nature of the plot collision, in which the events take place in the work.
