Європейські стратегії розвитку: уроки для України (з практики реалізації наукового проєкту в УжНУ)

Abstract

У статті висвітлюються основні напрями діяльності УжНУ з реалізації міжнародного наукового проєкту щодо створення Транскарпатського центру Жана Моне з дослідження європейських стратегій розвитку. Окреслено основне завдання створеного Центру – вивчення, використання та запровадження кращого досвіду сусідніх з Україною держав ЄС, що знаходяться в Карпатському регіоні, шляхом аналізу конкурентоспроможних стратегій Євросоюзу та створення на цій основі інноваційних наукових продуктів для адаптації їх на регіональному рівні та в навчально-науковій діяльності УжНУ. На прикладах напрямів і етапів реалізації наукового проєкту розкрито механізми організаційно координаційної діяльності з метою інтегрування в європейський освітній і науковий простір, формування концептуальних підходів до розроблення Стратегії УжНУ на 2023-2032 рр. Аргументовано бачення перспектив подальшої діяльності Центру в структурі УжНУ.

The article highlights the main directions of UzhNU’s activities in the implementation of an international scientific project on the creation of the Jean Monet Transcarpathian Center for Studying European Development Strategies. The main task of the created Center is outlined - to study, use and introduce the best experience of the EU states neighboring Ukraine, located in the Carpathian region, by analyzing the competitive strategies of the European Union and creating innovative scientific products on this basis for their adaptation at the regional level and in educational and scientific activities of UzhNU. On the examples of the directions and stages of the implementation of the scientific project, the mechanisms of organizational and coordination activities with the aim of integration into the European educational and scientific space, the formation of conceptual approaches to the development of the UzhNU Strategy for 2023 -2032 are revealed. The vision of the future prospects of the Center within the structure of the UzhNU is argued.
