Англійська та українська зоофраземна номінація

Abstract

У статті йдеться про те, що дотепер ще чітко не визначені критерії установлення зоофразем, відсутня також єдність думок, що стосуються категоріальних властивостей цих одиниць. Питання про критерії визначення зоофраземних одиниць, їхніх меж і можливостей продовжує викликати полеміку серед дослідників. Автор вважає, що головним завданням зіставних зоофраземних досліджень є не тільки виявлення національно-культурної специфіки у мовленні, а й також з’ясування тих специфічних рис, які притаманні саме цій мові, а не іншій. Наукові пошуки такого типу є вкрай необхідні ще й тому, що вони відкривають доступ до найбільш прихованих сторін національних мов і своєрідної специфіки ментальності їхніх носіїв. Без цього неможливе ні теоретичне осмислення будови мов, ні належне практичне оволодіння ними для потреб перекладу. Каменем спотикання є той факт, що одне й те ж явище лінгвокультури може по-різному втілюватися в мовах. Носій однієї мови й культури, намагаючись засвоїти інші, сприймає той самий комплекс значень зоофраземіки, як у своїй мові та культурі. Якщо ж ці комплекси значень у чому-небудь не збігаються, то в такому разі можливий інформаційний збій, що веде до явних непорозумінь. Сказане дає підставу для твердження про те, що якщо у двох мовах зустрічаються повні або відносні еквіваленти зоофразем, то такі вислови не викличуть значних труднощів під час перекладу з іншої мови. У протилежному випадкові можуть виникнути непередбачувані непорозуміння. Порівняльно-зіставне дослідження двох і більше мов охоплює нині особливий розділ сучасної лінгвістики – зі- ставну зоофраземіку, що знаходиться на етапі становлення й викликає все більше наукове зацікавлення серед лінгвістів. Взаємне співвідношення, порівняння й протиставлення окремих категорій, розрядів та інших мовних угрупувань, пошуки суттєвих формальних і смислових зв’язків між ними виступають обов’язковою передумовою отримання відомостей про їхню кореляцію. Зоофраземи зіставлюваних мов виразно передають світорозуміння кожного народу, що ґрунтується на актуалізації тих чи тих фрагментів об’єктивної дійсності через низку екстралінгвальних чинників, найважливішими серед яких є спосіб життя, особливості культурно-історичного розвитку, етнічна психологія, система норм і принципів поведінки людей у ставленні один до одного та до суспільства. Особливого значення ця проблема набула в наш час у зв’язку з інтенсивним розвитком міжнародних відносин, потребою ефективного спілкування людей, що належать до різних мов і культур. Успішна реалізація міжнародних контактів вимагає, щоб кожна мова засвоювалася поряд із вивченням етнокультурної специфіки її народу-носія. Автор доходить висновку про те, що нині все частіше застосовуються ідеографічні класифікації фраземного фонду різних мов. Дослідження зоофразем за тематико-ідеографічним принципом, тобто з точки зору понять, які вони позначають, є важливим із таких причин: 1) у різних мовах зоофраземи є наслідком мовної репрезентації аналогічних життєвих ситуацій однаковим або різним складом словосполучень; 2) сукупність системних зв’язків у порівнюваних мовах досліджується синонімічними й антонімічними кореляціями; 3) набутий досвід тематичного розподілу зоофразем ідеографічними словниками має прикладну цінність; 4) можливість залучення в дослідженні усього того, що бере свій початок у генетичній спорідненості етносів, розмаїтті способів життя, зумовлених психологією їхніх представників, побутом та специфікою світосприйняття, що є важливими чинниками для створення основ ефективної міжмовної та міжкультурної комунікації.

The article deals with the fact, that till bow the criteria of determining zoophrases have not been established, there is also no unity of opinion as far as the categorical properties of these units are concerned. The issues concerning the criteria of determining the zoophrase units continues provoking controversy among the researchers of their limits and possibilities. Proceeding from the assumption that the main task of confrontation zoophrase studies is not only finding of national and cultural specificity in speech, but also revealing these specific those specific features which are inherent this language but not the other one. The searches in humanities of this type are extremely necessary due to the fact, that they open the approach to the most concealed aspects of national languages and the original mentality specificity of their speakers. Without this neither giving a meaning to the theory of language structure nor a proper practical mastering than for the requirements of translation are possible. The stumbling block at this is the fact that one and the same phenomenon of linguistic culture may be embodied in languages in differentiways. Therefore when one language speaker and culture, trying to master others, he or she perceives the same complex of soophrase meaning as if they were in is her own language and culture. It these complexes of meaning do not coincide in something, in such a case an information error is possible that leads to evident misunderstanding. The above said gives reason for the statement, that if there are full or relative equivalents in zoophrases then these expressions will not provoke significant difficulties in translation from the other language. In the opposite case the unforeseen misunderstandings may arise. The comparative and confrontation study of two and more languages includes a special chapter of modern linguistics today – confrontation zoophrase investigation that is at the stage of formation and provokes ever more interest in the humanities. Mutual correlation, comparison and confrontation of individual categories, chapters and other language groups, the search of essential formal and sense connection among them are an obligatory condition of obtaining information about their correlation. The languages under confrontation expressively render the sensation of the world of every nation that is based on actualization of any fragments of objective reality by means of extralinguistic factors, the most important of them are the way of life, the peculiarities of cultural and historical development, ethnic psychology, the system of norms and principles of people behaviour in their attitude to one another and to the society the live in. This problem is of special significance nowadays due to the intensive development of international relations, the need of effective communication of people that belong to different languages and cultures. The author draws a conclusion that ideographic classifications of the zoophrase stock is preferable nowadays: 1) the stock of zoophrases may have the same or different number of components in the languages under comparison; 2) the totality of systemic relations in both languages is realized with synonymic and antonymic correlations; 3) the experience gained in the thematic distribution of zoophrases has a pragmatic value; 4) the possibility of including everything in the study that begins from the genetic relationship of ethnoses, the diversity of their walks of life, stipulated by the psychology of the representatives, manners and customs, specificity of worldview that are important factors for creating the bases of effective inter-language and inter-cultural commubication.
