Комунікативна особистість мережі інтернет у контексті забезпечення інформаційної безпеки держави

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вивченню ролі людського фактора в епоху дослідження Інтернет-лінгвістики. Забезпечення інформаційної безпеки можна визначити як комплекс заходів, що необхідний для досягнення такого стану інформаційного розвитку та захищеності особи, суспільства, держави, за якого сторонні інформаційні впливи не завдають суттєвої шкоди національним інтересам. Завдання забезпечення інформаційної безпеки держави актуальні у сучасному суспільстві. У зв’язку з цим необхідно проводити багатовекторні дослідження мережі Інтернет, телекомунікаційних мереж та світового ринку інформаційних технологій та послуг. У статті виконано короткий огляд публікацій щодо виникнення та вивчення у загальному мовознавстві лінгвістичних напрямів комунікації в мережі Інтернет. Розглянуті поняття «мовна» та «комунікативна особистість». Визначено напрями поділу теоретико-гносеологічної моделі мовної особистості на три рівні. А також опрацьовано критерії виділення зазначених рівнів. Названі якісні ознаки мовної особистості в межах її трьох характеристик. Вивчено питання комунікативної функції мовної особистості в комунікативній діяльності індивіда. На основі вивченого матеріалу зроблено висновок, що термін комунікативна особистість значно глибший за поняття «мовна особистість». У статті виокремлено три основні параметри, які становлять характеристики комунікативної особистості, а саме когнітивний, мотиваційний та функціональний. Суттєвими характеристиками комунікативної особистості є властивість спостереження за своєю мовною свідомістю та усвідомлення не тільки цієї здатності, але й оцінювання самого факту такої свідомості. Розглянуто поняття віртуальної мовної особистості як значущої частини віртуальної культури. У публікації зроблено висновок, що мовна поведінка – найважливіша характеристика мовної особистості у віртуальному спілкуванні. Рівень розвитку та вивчення складників Інтернет-лінгвістики є дуже важливою характеристикою, що слугує одним із базисів для моніторингу забезпечення інформаційної безпеки держави.

The article is devoted to the study of the role of the human factor in the era of research of Internet linguistics. Ensuring information security can be defined as a set of measures necessary to achieve a state of information development and security of the individual, society, state, in which external information influences do not cause significant harm to national interests. The tasks of ensuring the information security of the state are relevant in modern society. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct multi-vector research on the Internet, telecommunications networks and the global market for information technology and services. The article provides a brief overview of publications on the emergence and study of linguistics in general linguistics of communication on the Internet. The concepts of linguistic and communicative personality are considered. The directions of division of the theoreticalepistemological model of the language personality on three levels are determined. The criteria of allocation of the specified levels are developed. The qualitative features of the linguistic personality are named within its three characteristics. The question of the communicative function of the language personality in the communicative activity of the individual is studied. Based on the studied material, it is concluded that the term communicative personality is a much deeper concept than the linguistic personality. The article identifies three main parameters that make up the characteristics of a communicative personality, namely cognitive, motivational and functional. Essential characteristics of a communicative personality are the ability to observe their language consciousness and awareness not only of this ability, but also to assess the very fact of such consciousness. The concept of virtual language personality as a significant part of virtual culture is considered. The analysis concludes that language behavior is the most important characteristic of a language personality in virtual communication. The level of development and study of the components of Internet linguistics is a very important characteristic that serves as one of the bases for monitoring the information security of the state.
