Диверсифікація діяльності підприємств, як передумова та наслідок об’єднання у виробничо- господарські структури.

Abstract

У статті розглядається поняття диверсифікації, як один зі шляхів виходу підприємств з економічної кризи, стабілізації їх фінансово-економічного стану та подальшого розвитку. Також досліджуються позитивні і негативні сторони процесу диверсифікації діяльності підприємницьких структур, як передумова прийняття управлінського рішення щодо необхідності проведення таких змін. Розглядається можливість поєднання таких процесів, як диверсифікація діяльності та об’єднання підприємств у виробничо-господарські структури, а також необхідність урахування сумісності підприємств - потенційних партнерів, як шляхи мінімізації ресурсних витрат на реалізацію таких процесів, підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємств, продукції, робіт, послуг . Встановлено, що прийняття управлінського рішення про необхідність диверсифікації діяльності підприємства може мати наслідком інтегрування його у ВГС, що в свою чергу може стати передумовою диверсифікації діяльності інтегрованої групи підприємств. The concept of diversification is considered in the article, as one of the ways of outputting enterprises from economic crisis, their stabilizing of the financial and economic performance and further development of them. Also there are investigated positive and negative parts of process of diversification activity of enterprise’s structures as precondition of the acceptance of administrative decision in the relation to the necessity of realization of such changes. The possibility of combination of such processes is examined as diversification of activity and association of enterprises in the industrial structures and also necessity of accounting compatibility of enterprises which are potential partners, as ways of minimization of resource’s charges on realization of such processes, increasing of competitiveness of enterprises, products, works and services. It is set that an acceptance of administrative decision about the necessity of diversification of activity of enterprise could have a consequence of his integration in the industrial structures, which in turn could become pre-condition of the diversification of activity of computer-integrated group of enterprises.
