Abstract

Успішна діяльність підприємства на ринку залежить від багатьох факторів. В цій статті автор досліджує фінансово-економічні фактори, що мають відношення до отримання фінансових ресурсів, проблем правового регулювання забезпечення боргу, обліком і контролем ефективного використання отриманих засобів і забезпечень. Створення ефективної системи забезпечення зобов’язань дасть можливість в короткий термін отримати необхідні фінансові ресурси на найбільш вигідних умовах. Для створення такої системи є необхідною усестороння підтримка і продумана державна політика. Ingenious activity of the enterprise on the market depends on many factors. In this article author researches financial-economic factors having relations before reception financial resource, problems of the legal regulation of the ensuring the debt, account and checking the efficient use the lent facilities and ensuring the obligations. Making the efficient system of the ensuring the obligations will enable to get in the most short lines and on the most profitable condition. For creation of such system necessary all-round support and thought-out state policy.
