Основні тенденції глобалізації сучасної вищої освіти: з досвіду міжнародної співпраці Ужгородського національного університету

Abstract

У статті висвітлено досвід Ужгородського національного університету у сфері інтернаціоналізації. Йдеться зокрема про те, що з метою ефективної та конкурентоздатної роботи університету потрібно постійно розвивати взаємодію з міжнародними мережами, організаціями та фондами, міжнародними стипендійними програмами. Проаналізовано участь УжНУ у стратегічних міжнародних альянсах, консорціумах, міжнародних освітніх та дослідницьких мережах, рейтингових зарубіжних виданнях. Особливу роль у процесах освітньої глобалізації відведено двосторонній співпраці, академічній мобільності, семестровому навчанню (у тому чисті і за програмою Еразмус+), підготовці спільних освітніх програм «два дипломи», підготовці міжнародних проєктів, залученню грантів.

The main task of “Uzhhorod National University” is the training of the highly skilled professionals of the European level. For the implementation of this task, the innovational technologies in education are developed and practically implemented. An active international activity in the sphere of education and science is conducted. Modern understanding of the internationalization of education regards it as a process of integration of the international dimension into the educational process, the planning and the conduction of the scientific research, the provision of social services by the educational institution, and the development of the educational strategies, aimed at formation of the global youth thinking taking into account the perspectives of the development of modern society. The article deals with the peculiarities of academic mobility, which is one of the directions of the Bologna process. It determines to what extent the SU “UzhNU” is involved in the processes of academic exchanges and international cooperation, first of all with European countries. Classifying academic mobility it is appropriate to distinguish the following activities: those carried out on the basis of European financial support: Erasmus + Jean Monnet, Visegrad Fund, those acting on the basis of intergovernmental coordination (interagency, intergovernmental programs); those based on a regional and bilateral inter-university agreements. Basic directions of cooperation between partner parties, declared by ministries, departments, associations of rectors, university consortia: Setting up and coordinating inter-institutional cooperation in the areas of academic mobility, research, technological development and innovation, increasing competitiveness on a national and international scale; organization of joint conferences, symposiums, seminars, other scientific forums; preparation and publication of joint educational and scientific publications; development of joint educational programs, establishment of joint supervision of doctoral students; establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation with authorities, business, other interested parties; development, promotion and implementation of joint projects to national and international donors; academic mobility of students, doctoral students, scientific and pedagogical workers.
