Реконструкція девербативів староукраїнської мови з назв пропріальних

Abstract

The paper is devoted to the problem of use of the anthroponymic material in the researches on historical lexicology. Especially those anthroponyms, which are formed on the basis of common nouns, have а really great importance in the study of the language of the previous centuries. As far as the fixing of common nouns in the function of proper names (or their bases) is very often the only source of information about those common nouns. This paper gives the reconstruction of common nouns formed from Ukrainian verbs with the help of suffix-jlo. These common names serve as the basis of anthroponyms entered in "The Registers of the Dnieper Cossaks' Army" (1649),
