Ефект невизначеності в етюді «Невідомий» Михайла Коцюбинського

Abstract

У статті досліджується етюд М. Коцюбинського «Невідомий». Детально аналізуються особливості оповідної організації тексту із залученням рецепції читача. Пояснюються символіка назви «Невідомий» та її зв'язок із контекстом. Стильова техніка письменника простежується на основі таких прийомів: чергування контрастів, вкраплення малярства, одночасне застосування звуку та кольору, використання «потоку свідомості» та ретроспекції, нагнітання риторичних запитань, недомовлених та обірваних фраз, які потрібно домислити. Унаслідок аналізу простежується естетичний ефект невизначеності.

The article deals with the etude “Unknown” by Mykhailo Kotsiubynsky. There is given a detailed analysis of peculiarities of narrative text organization of view with involvement of reader’s reception. Also, the research explains the symbolism of the name “unknown” and its connection with the context. The writer's stylistic technique can be traced on the basis of the following methods: contrast alternations, painting touches, simultaneous application of sound and color, using of “stream of consciousness’ and retrospection, delivery of rhetorical questions, innuendo phrases and incomplete sentences that need to be guessed. As a result of the analysis, the aesthetic effect of indeterminacy can be traced.
