| Abstract: | Приведены результаты исследования уровней резистина, циркулирующих аутоантител к антигену глутаматдекарбоксилазы (GADA), антител к эластазе в сыворотке крови больных хроническим панкреатитом сочетанным с метаболическим синдромом. Выявлено снижение уровня резистина в сыворотке крови больных хроническим панкреатитом сочетанным с метаболическим синдромом в сравнении с больными хроническим панкреатитом с нормальным индексом массы тела. Достоверной разницы в показателях циркулирующих аутоантител к антигену глутаматдекарбоксилазы (GADA), антител к эластазе при хроническом панкреатите сочетанным с метаболичеким синдромом в сравнении с больными хроническим панкреатитом с нормальным и сниженным индексом массы тела не выявлено. Таким образом, при хроническом панкреатите сочетанным с метаболическим синдромом также отмечаются выраженные воспалительные процессы, напряжение иммунной системы и деструкция островковых клеток. |
| Description: | The results of research of levels of resistin, circulating autoantibodies to glutamic acid decarboxylase antigen (GADA), antibodies to elastase in the serum at patients with chronic pancreatitis is combined with the metabolic syndrome are preasented. A reduction in the level of resistin in the serum of patients with chronic pancreatitis is combined with metabolic syndrome compared with patients with chronic pancreatitis with normal body weight are showed. Significant difference in leveles of circulating autoantibodies to glutamic acid decarboxylase antigen (GADA), antibodies to elastase in chronic pancreatitis is combined with metabolic syndrome compared with patients with chronic pancreatitis with normal and reduced body weight index were not revealed. Thus, the chronic pancreatitis is combined with metabolic syndrome are also marked inflammatory process, the voltage of the immune system and the destruction of the islet cells. |
