| Abstract: | In the folk prose of Slovaks and Ukrainians аbоut the nоbІе robbers Yanoshik and Dovbosh а number of analogies of typological character arise. During working out the theme of the formation of oprishki's group the folk tellers underline such similar motives: the motivation of joining to oprishki with social causes; going through 3 tests on strength, dexterity and attitudes; swearing to ottoman; the number of group members is limited to 12 persons. These folk motives have а real historical base. |
