Модифікація дієслівної дії відокремлюваними елементами ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein- у німецькій мові XVI ст.

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню модифікації дієслівної дії відокремлюваними елементами ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein- у німецькій мові XVI ст. Німецькі дієслова з відокремлюваними елементами вивчалися багатьма вченими, але в науковій літературі немає одностайності щодо статусу першої частини цих дієслівних конструкцій. Для того, щоб усунути цю неоднозначність, слід проаналізувати семантичні зміни у дієсловах із відокремлюваними елементами прислівниково-прийменникового походження на більш ранніх періодах розвитку німецької мови. Тож у нашому дослідженні зосереджено увагу на вивченні змін у семантичній структурі дієслів з ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein- у німецькій мові XVI ст. з метою виявлення особливостей модифікації дієслівної дії цими відокремлюваними елементами. Було з’ясовано, що преверби ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein- утворюють міцніший семантичний зв’язок із дієсловом, ніж прислівники та прийменники. Преверби є частиною складного слова і зберегли первинну локативну семантику, проте, на відміну від прислівників і прийменників, модифікують характер перебігу дієслівної дії. У процесі перетворення на відокремлювані префікси ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein- поступово втрачають локативну семантику і набувають таких значень, як: підсилення дієслівної дії, здійснення її у повному обсязі, початок, доведення до кінця і навіть результат. Розвиток граматичного значення відбувається на основі значень початку дії, завершення та результату. Процес формування граматичного значення ускладнюється ідіоматизацією твірної основи. Префікси ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein-, у яких сформувалося граматичне значення, вказують на факт виконання дії.

The article deals with the research of modification of verbal action by separable elements ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein- in the German language of the XVI century. German verbs with separable elements were studied by various scholars, but there is no consensus on the word status of the first part of such constructions in the scientific literature. To clear up the ambiguity the semantic changes in the verbs with separable elements derived from adverbs and prepositions should be analyzed in the earlier periods of the development of the German language. That is why the focuse of our study is made on the changes in the semantic structure of the German verbs with ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein- in the XVI century in order to reveal the peculiarities of the way separable elements modify verbal action. We have found out that preverbs ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein- form a closer semantic unit with a verb than adverbs and prepositions. Being a part of a compound word preverbs preserve their local meaning, but unlike these units they modify the way the action proceeds. While turning into a separable prefix ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein- lose their local semantics and receive such meanings as intensity of the action, its full implementation, beginning, full accomplishment or even result. The development of grammatical meaning proceeds on the basis of such semantics as beginning of the action, its accomplishment or result. The process of formation of grammatical meaning is complicated because of the idiomatization of а verbal stem. Prefixes ab-, an-, auf-, aus-, ein- with formed grammatical meaning point to the fact of the fulfillment of the action.
