Матеріально-технічні ресурси підприємств та ефективність їх використання

Abstract

Предметом дослідження є матеріально–технічні ресурси підприємств та ефективність їх ви- користання. Метою дослідження є визначити вплив ресурсного потенціалу та ефективність його викори- стання в підприємствах для досягнення високої конкурентоспроможності. Методи дослідження. У роботі використані діалектичний метод наукового пізнання, метод аналізу і синтезу, порівняльний метод, метод узагальнення даних. Результати роботи. У статті наведено визначення категорії «капітал». Окреслено найважливі- ші умови успішної діяльності підприємства. Розглянуто виробничі фонди підприємства. Визначені основні причини низької ефективності сільськогосподарського виробництва. Висновки. В сучасних умовах особливого значення набувають питання структурної збалансо- ваності й ефективного використання наявних ресурсів: земельних, трудових і матеріальних. В під- приємствах кожен із зазначених ресурсів має свою специфіку використання, по–різному впливає на кінцевий результат виробництва. Важливою характеристикою сукупного ресурсного потенціалу є його конкурентоспроможність. Ресурсний потенціал підприємств складається з органічно поєд- наних ресурсів у процесі взаємодії яких реалізується їх здатність виробляти конкурентоспроможну сільськогосподарську продукцію. З метою забезпечення результативного процесу формування та використання ресурсного потенціалу при його організації необхідно враховувати сукупність чин- ників, що впливають на нього і водночас визначають його ефективність. Серед них основними є економічні, виробничі, фінансові, соціальні та екологічні чинники, що виступають як невід’ємні еле- менти системи підвищення ефективності використання ресурсного потенціалу.

The subject of the study is the material and technical resources of enterprises and the efficiency of their use. The aim of the study is to determine the impact of resource potential and the effectiveness of its use in enterprises to achieve high competitiveness. періоResearch methods. The paper defines the category of «capital». The most important conditions for the successful activity of the enterprise are outlined. The production assets of the enterprise are considered. The main reasons for low efficiency of agricultural production are identified. Conclusions. In modern conditions, the issues of structural balance and efficient use of available resources: land, labor and material become especially important. In enterprises, each of these resources has its own specifics of use, affects the final result of production in different ways. An important characteristic of the total resource potential is its competitiveness. The resource potential of enterprises consists of organically combined resources in the process of interaction of which their ability to produce competitive agricultural products is realized. In order to ensure an effective process of formation and use of resource potential in its organization, it is necessary to take into account a set of factors that effecton it and at the same time determine its effectiveness. Among them, the main ones are economic, production, financial, social and environmental factors, which act as integral elements of the system of improving the efficiency of resource potential use.
