Ефективний розвиток підприємництва, інтеграції та кооперації і покращення фінансового забезпечення господарств

Abstract

Предметом дослідження є ефективний розвиток підприємництва, інтеграції та кооперації і по- кращення фінансового забезпечення господарств. Метою дослідження є розробка заходів щодо розвитку інтеграційних і кооперативних проце- сів, підприємництва та покращення фінансового забезпечення господарств. Методи дослідження. У роботі використані діалектичний метод наукового пізнання, метод аналізу і синтезу, порівняльний метод, метод узагальнення даних. Результати роботи. У статті окреслені дві групи різноманітних видів агропромислових форму- вань. Визначені джерела фінансування сільгосппідприємств. Наведені основні напрями покра- щення рівня забезпеченості сільгосптоваровиробників капіталом. Розглянуто основні напрямки державного регулювання розвитку аграрного сектору економіки. Висновки. У сучасних умовах вибір тієї чи іншої організаційно–правової форми господарюван- ня повинен здійснюватися з урахуванням розмірів і спеціалізації підприємств, рівня інтенсивності виробництва в них, економічних інтересів власників та ефективності функціонування. Розглянуто основні складові державного регулювання діяльності аграрних підприємств. На даному етапі роз- витку сільського господарства нашої країни система державної підтримки АПК потребує удоско- налення за такими основними напрямами: перехід до прямих бюджетних виплат сільськогоспо- дарським товаровиробникам незалежно від розмірів господарств та їх організаційно–правових форм; впровадження ефективного механізму використання бюджетних коштів підприємствами АПК; забезпечення прозорості процесу розподілу фінансової підтримки та рівноправної участі всіх аграрних підприємств в її отриманні.

The subject of the study is the effective development of entrepreneurship, integration and cooperation and the improvement of financial maintenance of farms. The purpose of the study is to develop measures for the development of integration and cooperative processes, entrepreneurship and improving the financial maintenance of farms. інResearch methods. The dialectical method of scientific cognition, the method of analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, the method of generalization of data are used in the work. Results of work. The paper outlines two groups of different types of agro–industrial formations. Sources of financing of agricultural enterprises are identified. The main directions of improving the level of capital security of agricultural producers are given. The main directions of state regulation of the development of the agricultural sector of the economy are considered. Conclusions. In modern conditions, the choice of one or another organizational and legal form of management should be made taking into account the size and specialization of enterprises, the level of production intensity in them, the economic interests of owners and efficiency of functioning. The main components of state regulation of agricultural enterprises are considered. At this stage of development of agriculture in our country, the system of state support for agriculture needs to be improved in the following main areas: the transition to direct budget payments to agricultural producers, regardless of the size of farms and their organizational and legal forms; introduction of an effective mechanism for the use of budget funds by agro-industrial enterprises; ensuring transparency of the process of distribution of financial support and equal participation of all agricultural enterprises in its receipt.
