Укріплення матеріально-технічної бази аграрних підприємств та підвищення ефективності її впровадження

Abstract

Предметом дослідження є укріплення матеріально-технічної бази аграрних підприємств та запровадження новітніх технологій. Метою дослідження є визначення дієвих заходів щодо укріплення матеріально-технічної бази аграрних підприємств та запровадження новітніх технологій. Методи дослідження. У роботі використані діалектичний метод наукового пізнання, метод аналізу і синтезу, порівняльний метод, метод узагальнення даних. Результати роботи. У статті визначені альтернативні механізми забезпечення підприємств технікою. Наведені принципи, за якими повинен формуватися внутрішній ринок сільськогосподарської техніки. Окреслені проблеми технічного забезпечення товаровиробників та їх вирішення. Визначені основні елементи інноваційної інфраструктури та важливі складові інвестиційно-інноваційної політики. Висновки. Необхідно поступово зміцнювати матеріально–технічну базу сільськогосподарських підприємств і підвищувати ефективність використання всіх її складових. В особливій мірі це стосується технічних засобів, більша частка яких є застарілою і зношеною. Оскільки значна частина сільгосппідприємств не в змозі самостійно придбати необхідну їм кількість нових технічних засобів, для вирішення цих проблем доцільними є: їх придбання за лізинговими умовами; розвиток ринку уживаної техніки; створення розгалуженої мережі машинно-прокатних пунктів; формування економічно слабкими і невеликими підприємствами міжгосподарських машинно-тракторних парків, створення ними спеціалізованих кооперативів, гуртків, рингів, товариств тощо.

The dialectical method of scientific cognition, the method of analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, the method of generalization of data are used in the work. Results of work. The article identifies alternative mechanisms for providing enterprises with equipment. The principles according to which the internal market of agricultural machinery should be formed are resulted. Problems of technical support of commodity producers and their solution are outlined. The main elements of innovation infrastructure and important components of investment and innovation policy are identified. Conclusions. It is necessary to gradually strengthen the material and technical base of agricultural enterprises and increase the efficiency of all its components. This is especially true of technical means, most of which are obsolete and worn out. Since a significant part of agricultural enterprises are not able to independently purchase the required number of new technical means, to solve these problems are appropriate: their acquisition on lease terms; development of the market of used equipment; creation of an extensive network of machine-rolling points; formation by economically weak and small enterprises of inter-farm machine-tractor parks, creation by them of specialized cooperatives, circles, rings, societies, etc. Keywords: , , , , cooperatives, societies, investments.
