Деякі педагогічні особливості дистанційного навчання іноземній мові

Abstract

У цій статті розглянуто специфіку та педагогічні основи дистанційного навчання іноземній мові. У зв’язку з тим, що вимоги до якості мовної підготовки фахівців різних галузей діяльності зумовили відповідні трансформації також у формах організації навчального процесу, методах, засобах навчання і контролю знань, постала необхідність у розробці та створенні курсів дистанційного навчання. Дистанційне навчання передбачає іншу форму подання матеріалу й взаємодії між викладачем і студентом. Зокрема, дистанційне навчання стає новою формою освіти. У статті йдеться про те, що дистанційне навчання – це особлива система навчання з певним компонентним складом: цілями, змістом, методами, організаційними формами, засобами навчання. Таке навчання забезпечує можливість оперативної передачі інформації будь-якого об’єму на будь-які відстані, зберігання цієї інформації, а також її редагування, можливість інтерактивності за допомогою створюваної з цією метою мультимедійної інформації та оперативного зв’язку з викладачем. У статті розглянуто такі функції комп’ютера: комунікативна, організаційно-стимулююча, інформативна, тренувальна, управлінська й контролююча. Ця стаття розглядає дистанційне навчання як гнучку систему освіти, що дозволяє набувати знання там, де це зручно студенту, і тоді, коли зручно, з урахуванням його потреб. Проте обов’язковою умовою для успішних результатів навчання є створення і розробка електронного підручника або спеціальних курсів, а це дуже трудомісткий процес, оскільки він вимагає ретельного підбору цікавих матеріалів і завдань, оптимальних комп’ютерних програм, відсутності одноманітності, а також урахування потреб аудиторії: вікових, професійних, культурних тощо. У підсумку слід зазначити, що дистанційне навчання дозволяє: індивідуалізувати процес навчання і контролю; підвищити активність тих, хто навчається; інтенсифікувати процес навчання і контролю; підвищити мотивацію здобувачів знань; створити необхідні умови для самостійної роботи; виробити самооцінку у студентів; розвивати пізнавальний інтерес до вивчення іноземної мови; створювати комфортне навчальне середовище.

This article discusses the specifics and pedagogical foundations of distance learning a foreign language. Due to the fact that the requirements for the quality of language training of specialists in various fields of activity led to corresponding transformations in the forms of organization of the educational process, methods, teaching aids and knowledge control, it became necessary to develop and create distance learning courses. Distance learning involves a different form of presentation and interaction between the teacher and the student. Moreover, distance learning is becoming a new form of education. The article says that distance learning is a training system with its component composition: goals, content, methods, organizational forms, training tools, it provides the ability to quickly transfer information of any volume at any distance, store this information, as well as edit it, the possibility of interactivity with the help of specially created for this purpose multimedia information and operational communication with the teacher. The article discusses the functions of a computer such as communicative, organizational and stimulating, informative, training, managing and controlling. This article considers distance learning as a flexible educational system that allows you to acquire knowledge where and when it is convenient for the student, taking into account his needs. However, a prerequisite for successful results for students is the creation and development of an electronic textbook or special courses and this is a very time-consuming process because it requires careful selection of interesting materials and tasks, optimal computer programs, lack of uniformity, as well as the needs of the audience: age, professional, cultural and etc. In conclusion, it should be noted that distance learning allows you to individualize the learning process and control, increase student activity, intensify the learning process and control, increase student motivation, create the necessary conditions for independent work, develop self-esteem among students, develop a cognitive interest in learning a foreign language, create comfortable learning environment.
