Вивчення патогенезу різних форм клебсієльозної інфекції на експериментальних моделях та протиклебсієльозної ефективності штаму 1119 Bacillus subtilis

Abstract

Проведено гістологічні дослідження патогенезу легеневої, кишкової та гостросептичної форм експеримен- тальної клебсієльозної інфекції, відтворених шляхом застосування різних схем введення Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis та Klebsiella pneumoniae. Одержана патоморфологічна характеристика легеневої ―склероми‖ та кишкової ―пневмонії‖ як найбільш типових експериментальних моделей клебсієльозів, а також наведено результати тестування ефективності профілактичного та терапевтичного застосування штаму 1119 Bacillus subtilis для таких інфекцій. The histological investigations of the pathogenesis of pulmonary, intestinal and septic forms of experimental klebsiella infections reproduced by various schemes and ways of introduction of Klebsiella rhinoscleromatis and Klebsiella pneumoniae had been performed. Pathogenesis of pulmonary ―scleroma‖ and intestinal ―pneumonia‖ as the most suitable experimental models had been described and proposed and the results of in vitro testing of the effectiveness of prophylactic and therapeutic application of Bacillus subtilis strain 1119 for such infections had been obtained and confirmed.
