Динаміка захворювань щитоподібної залози, викликаних йододефіцитом, у населення Закарпатської області

Abstract

Авторами досліджено динаміку захворювань щитоподібної залози, викликаних йододефіцитом, у населен- ня Закарпатської області. На підставі офіційних даних МОЗ України про частоту захворюваності на зоб І та ІІ-ІІІ ступенів в Україні [8] розраховані загальні показники поширеності дифузного еутиреоїдного зоба у всь- ого населення та дітей впродовж 2000–2010 років. За цими ж джерелами проведений аналіз поширеності та захворюваності населення на вузловий зоб. Зроблені висновки, що цілому по Закарпатській області ха- рактерна висока поширеність та захворюваність на зоб, що значно переважає відповідні показники по Україні. Навіть офіційні показники частоти випадків зоба серед дитячого і всього населення різних районів Закарпатської області свідчать про ендемію зоба в області, спричинену дефіцитом йоду. The authors investigated the dynamics of thyroid gland diseases of Transcarpathian population caused by iodine deficiency. On the basis of official figures of Ministry of Public Health about the frequency of goiter disease of I and II-III degree in Ukraine total index of spreading of euthyroid goiter among the whole population and children within 2000 – 2010 where calculated. From this sources the analyses of spreading and sickness rate of the population on modular goiter was carried out. The conclusions were drawn that high spreading and goiter sickness rate is on the whole characteristic for Transcarpathian region and for its separate districts situated in different climatic – geographical zones, which considerably exceeds the Ukraine’s index. Even the official index of frequency of goiter cases among children and all the population of different districts of Transcarpathian region testify to endemic goiter caused by iodine deficiency. At the some time the imbalance of index of spreading the goiter among population to the place of residence connected with the highlands points on incompleteness of its revealing. It is obvious that revealing the goiter in most causes happened under the patients’ address the doctor for the help. Processed from this for more real estimation of frequency of goiter cases among population a special epidemiological investigation is necessary.
