The transition of Ukraine towards market relations and the necessity of mostly economic methods use of nature protection makes absolutely actual the nalysis of developed foreign countries experience. It is even more importand because in the majority of developed foreign countries significant results korth of attention in the field of rational nature use have been achived. The distinct featur·e of the foreign countries experience concering the regulation of certain number of economic law tools of nature use regulation depends on various factors and first af all on korked out ecological policy in the country and on its functioning mechanism of economy.
