Badida, Theoretical and practical aspects of the application of semiconductor ferroelectrics as energy-generating and energy-saving elements / UNIVNET 2022 International Council of Environmental Engineering Education, September 26-28, 2022, Brno, Czech Republic, p.67-72.
Краткий осмотр (реферат): The article deals with the results of a study of 2D and 3D ferroelectrics as multifunctional converters of light, heat, motion, and deformation into electricity with their subsequent accumulation. A description of a prototype of a multifunctional generator based on CuInP2S6 and Sn2P2S6 crystals has been presented. A study of the parameters of crystals was carried out, as well as the results of their optimization to improve their characteristics.
