| Description: | The issue of determination of range of problems of forming of bases of management of future teachers of initial classes has been rised in the article. The programme of development of self management bases is grounded. Marketing competence of the educational staff is considered from the position of various theoretical approaches. Self management is identified as the main component in the professional activity of the teacher. The characteristics of the marketing competence of the heads of educational institutions are found out.
