Деякі особливості виховної роботи в літніх дитячих таборах США

Abstract

Розкрито орієнтовний зміст виховної роботи в літніх таборах США, який полягає: у включенні всіх учасників зміни в різні види діяльності, з наступним розкриттям перед ними змісту, цінностей, призначення й специфіки діяльності; в організації простору особистісного самовизначення, у стимулюванні самопізнання індивіда. Така ситуація виступає основою для вироблення кожним з них позиції суб’єкта діяльності; у побудові різних співто- вариств як простору реалізації своїх можливостей; у забезпеченні введення в діяльність реалізації конкретних програм; у забезпеченні ефективних організаційних форм діяльності. Вищевикладені підходи, цілі й завдання реалізуються в ході зміни через: систему організації і проведення загально табірних справ творчого характеру; справ загонів; органів самоврядування; реалізації освітніх програм тощо. Підкреслюється, що емоційне самопочуття дітей в таборі в значній мірі залежить від взаємодії дорослих і дітей, яка базується на наступних принципах: гуманізація способів спілкування з дитиною як цільова орієн- тація педагогів; використання педагогами нових форм роботи з дітьми, у тому числі індивідуальної і групової, спрямованих на реалізацію індивідуального підходу; практика діагностики індивідуальних особливостей дітей; спеціалізація педагогів, тобто поглиблене володіння якими-небудь методиками; діяльність психологічної служ- би, спрямованої на розвиток індивідуально-орієнтованої взаємодії педагогів з дітьми; проведення спеціальної роботи зі створення позитивного психологічного клімату в колективі. Особлива роль у виховній діяльності табору належить грі, яка стає засобом включення дитини в систему соціальних зв’язків, формування ставлення до навколишнього світу й самого себе, придбання гуманного досві- ду взаємодії. Гра дає можливість підліткові для самоствердження і самореалізації в тимчасовому дитячому об’єднанні в процесі спільної діяльності з однолітками й дорослими, при педагогічній підтримці дорослих.

The content of the educational work in the summer camp of the USA is disclosed (the inclusion of all participants in various types of activities, with the subsequent disclosure to them of the content, values, purpose and specifics of the activity; the organization of the space of personal self-determination, in the stimulation of self-discovery of pupils. Such a situation serves as the basis for developing the position of the subject of activity by each of them; in the construction of various communities as a space for the realization of one’s capabilities; in ensuring implementation of specific programs; in ensuring effective organizational forms of activity. The above-mentioned approaches, goals and tasks are implemented during the work o camp through: a system of organizing and conducting camp-wide affairs of the creative character; squad affairs; self-government bodies; implementation of educational programs; systems for stimulating participation in activities; circle systems, etc. It is emphasized that the emotional well-being of children in the camp largely depends on the interaction between adults and children, which is based on the following principles: humanizing the ways of communicating with the child as the target orientation of teachers; the use by teachers of new forms of work with children, including individual and group, aimed at the implementation of an individual approach; practice of diagnosis of individual characteristics of children; specialization of teachers, i.e. in-depth knowledge of some methods; activity of the psychological service aimed at the development of individually oriented interaction of teachers with children; carrying out special work on creating a positive psychological climate in the team of camp. A special role in the educational activities of the camp belongs to the game, which becomes a means of including the child in the system of social relations, forming an attitude towards the surrounding world and himself, acquiring a humane experience of interaction. The game gives the teenager the opportunity to assert himself and realize himself in a temporary children’s association in the process of joint activities with peers and adults, with the pedagogical support of adults.
