Стратегічне управління ефективністю праці як маркером конкурентоспроможнoсті.

Abstract

Досягнення конкурентоспроможності стає в умовах посилення конкурентної боротьби життєве необхідною умовою. Метою дослідження є обґрунтування взаємозв’язку між рівнем конкурентоспроможності бізнесу та стратегічним управлінням ефективністю праці, для чого окреслені показники ефективності праці та функції стратегічного управління нею. Дослідження показало, що конкурентоспроможність визначаємо як резуль тат живої праці виконавців та живої праці підприємців. Фактором побудови стійкої конкурентоспроможності виступає праця та стратегічне управління нею. Стратегічне управління ефективністю праці являє собою комплекс заходів, що перетворюють працю на конкурентну перевагу. Представлені два критерію ефективності праці як маркеру конкурентоспро можності. Перший оцінює ефективність праці підприємців, праця яких забезпечує отримання прибутку. Другий критерій – продуктивність праці, котра традиційно показує результативність роботи найманих працівників. Ефективність праці підприємців розраховується шляхом ділення прибутку на час, а продуктивність праці – відповідно обсягу виробленої продукції, послуг на час.

Achieving competitiveness becomes a vital, necessary condition in the conditions of increased competition. Competitiveness is the main goal of the enterprise, region, national economy: it determines the position of business, region, national economy in the long term. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the relationship between the level of business competitiveness and strategic management of labor efficiency. The study showed that we define competitiveness as the result of the hard work of performers and the hard work of entrepreneurs. In conditions of low labor efficiency, the profitability of the business decreases, the quality of the work organization as a whole is lost, and as a result, the competitiveness of the enterprise deteriorates, i.e. its positioning relative to competitors. Labor and its strategic management are factors in building sustainable competitiveness of business? Region and national economy. A wide range of indicators serve as a measure of the level of competitiveness, but in the context of this study, we can suggest evaluating its level through the indicator of labor efficiency. Two criteria of labor efficiency as a marker of competitiveness are presented in the paper. The first one evaluates the efficiency of the activity of entrepreneurs whose work provides profit. The second criterion is labor productivity, which traditionally shows the effectiveness of the work of employees. Labor efficiency of entrepreneurs is calculated by dividing profit by time, and labor productivity of employees is calculated by the volume of produced products to the3 used time. To ensure long-term business competitiveness, strategic management is necessary and appropriate. It is grounded functions of strategic management. Functions of strategic management of the activity of entrepreneurs: predictive, human development, controlling. The functions of strategic management of the effectiveness of labor of an employee include the following: evaluation, organizational, and motivational.
