Лінгвокогнітивна концептуалізація емотивних ментальних сфер РАДІСТЬ, СУМ та ОСТРАХ у наївних мовних картинах світу представників української та англійської лінгвокультур

Abstract

Стаття присвячена вивченню особливостей лінгвокогнітивної концептуалізації емотивних ментальних сфер РАДІСТЬ, СУМ та ОСТРАХ у наївних мовних картинах світу представників української та англійської лінгвокультур. Авторка виходить із розуміння того, що універсальними є емотивні значення, які відображають основні людські емоції, а лексичне вираження, яке конкретизує їх із різним ступенем глибини й у різних аспектах, може мати національну (лінгвокультурну) специфіку. Вивчення особливостей лінгвокогнітивної концептуалізації емотивних ментальних сфер проводилося авторкою на основі опитування, мета якого полягала у виявленні загальних закономірностей і національних особливостей лінгвокогнітивної концептуалізації лінгвоментальної антропосфери у наївній мовній картині світу носіїв української та англійської лінгвокультур. Дослідниця наголошує, що емотивна ментальна сфера є сукупністю ментальних одиниць високого ступеня абстракції, яка виконує функцію метапсихічної регуляції й відображає в мовній свідомості (лінгвокультурі) багатовіковий досвід інтроспекції етносу у вигляді загально-універсальних і культурно-специфічних уявлень про емоційні переживання, які інтегрують у собі мовна, концептуальна й емоційна картини світу, і що емотивна ментальна сфера визначається такими соціально-культурними й психологічними характеристиками конкретного співтовариства людей як традиції, звичаї, характер, особливості побуту, стереотипи мислення, моделі / зразки поведінки, які історично складаються на протягом всього розвитку, становлення тієї або іншої етнічної спільноти. Аналіз результатів проведеного у дослідженні опитування підтвердив гіпотезу авторки про те, що емотивні ментальні сфери РАДІСТЬ, СУМ, ОСТРАХ у структурі загальної лінгвоментальної антропосфери в українській і англійській лінгвокультурах переважно носять універсальний характер, а існуючі особливості їх лінгвокогнітивної концептуалізації у різних наївних мовних картинах світу зумовлені насамперед низкою культурно-історичних, соціально-економічних і військово-політичних факторів.

The article deals with the analysis of the peculiarities of linguo-cognitive conceptualization of the emotive mental spheres of JOY, SADNESS and FEAR in the naіve linguistic pictures of the world of the representatives of the Ukrainian and English linguo-cultures. The author assumes that emotive meanings which reflect the main human emotions can have a universal character whereas their lexical expressions which concretize them with a different level of depth and in different aspects may have a national (linguo-cultural) specificity. The analysis of the peculiarities of linguo-cognitive conceptualization of emotive mental spheres was made on the basis of a survey conducted by the author the aim of which lay in defining general regularities and national peculiarities of the linguo- cognitive conceptualization of the linguo-mental anthroposphere in the naïve linguistic picture of the world of the representatives of the Ukrainian and English linguo-cultures. The researcher emphasizes that the emotive mental sphere represents a combination of mental units of a high level of abstraction which performs the function of a metapsychic regulation and reflects in the language consciousness (linguo- culture) a centuries-old experience of introspection of a nation in the form of generally universal and culturally specific understandings of emotions which are integrated in the linguistic, conceptual and emotional pictures of the world and that the emotive mental sphere is characterized by such social and cultural and psychological factors of a concrete community of people as traditions, customs, peculiarities of mode of life, stereotypes of thinking, patterns of behavior, etc. which are formed during the development of a certain ethnic community. The analysis of the results of the survey conducted within the framework of this research proved the hypothesis put forward by the author that the emotive mental spheres of JOY, SADNESS and FEAR in the general structure of the linguo- mental anthroposphere in the Ukrainian and English linguo-cultures mainly have a universal character while the existing peculiarities of their linguo-cognitive conceptualization in different naіve linguistic pictures of the world are preconditioned by a number of cultural and historic, social and economic, military and political factors.
