Сравнение Востока и Запада в произведениях Алибека Гусейнзаде «Возможности в политике» и «Тюрки в двух эпосах Запада»

Abstract

У статті досліджено два твори публіциста Алібека Гусейнзаде (1864–1940) – «Можливості в політиці» і «Тюрки в двох епосах Заходу», де на тлі соціально-політичних процесів того часу викладені питання взаємовпливу західної і східної цивілізацій. А. Гусейнзаде в своїх статтях «Можливості політики» і «Тюрки в двох епосах Заходу» пише про літературно-культурне, суспільно-політичне життя Заходу, науку і техніку. При цьому автор підкреслює національну самобутність тюркських народів, прихильність їх до свого коріння, разом з тим підтримує використання європейських науково-технічних, літературних і культурних інновацій, не забуваючи при цьому своїх національних основ і історичних особливостей. Актуальність проблеми пов’язана з увагою до теми взаємовідносин Сходу і Заходу в художній літературі. Вивчивши причини відставання Сходу від Заходу, А. Гусейнзаде закликає Схід вийти на шлях прогресу. Питання майбутнього цих двох цивілізацій, вивчені письменником, досить актуальні в умовах сучасних глобалізаційних процесів. У вищезазначених творах розповідається про хоробрість тюрків, їх сміливість, їх боротьбу за свободу, а в інших, згаданих в «Тюрки в двох епосах Заходу», викладаються питання агресії проти народів Сходу, окупації східних земель за часів загарбницьких походів. Хоча в літературі не було можливості прямо заявити про окупаційну політику Радянської Росії щодо Азербайджанської Демократичної Республіки, яка припинила своє існування 28 квітня 1920 року, він описав ці події через показ агресивної політики християн в XI, XIII і XV століттях щодо тюрків і мусульман. Головна мета А. Гусейнзаде під час постійного порівняння Сходу і Заходу полягала в тому, щоб показати, що Схід, будучи основою сучасного цивілізаційного розвитку, разом з тим став відставати від Заходу, і, з’ясовуючи причини цього відставання, він хотів, щоб Схід знову йшов шляхом прогресу, визначивши тут свої пріоритети.

The article explores two works by the publicist Alibek Huseynzade (1864–1940) – “Opportunities in Politics” and “Türks in Two Epics of the West”, where issues of the mutual influence of Western and Eastern civilizations are set forth against the background of the socio-political processes of that time. A. Huseynzadeh in his articles “Political Opportunities” and “Türks in Two Epics of the West” write about the literary, cultural, social and political life of the West, science and technology. At the same time, the author emphasizes the national identity of the Turkic peoples; their attachment to their roots, at the same time supports the use of European scientific, technical, literary and cultural innovations, while not forgetting their national foundations and historical features. The relevance of the problem is associated with attention to the topic of the relationship between East and West in fiction. Having studied the reasons behind the East lagging behind the West, A. Huseynzade calls on the East to go on the path of progress. The questions of the future of these two civilizations, studied by the writer, are quite relevant in the conditions of modern globalization processes. The aforementioned works tell of the courage of the Turks, their courage, their struggle for freedom, and in others, mentioned in the “Türks in the Two Epics of the West”, they pose questions of aggression against the peoples of the East, the occupation of eastern lands during the time of the invasion campaigns. Although it was not possible in the literature to directly state the occupation policy of Soviet Russia in relation to the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic, which fell on April 28, 1920, he described these events through showing the aggressive policies of Christians in the 11th, 13th and 15th centuries against Turks and Muslims. The main goal of A. Huseynzade in the constant comparison of East and West was to show that the East, being the basis of modern civilizational development, at the same time began to lag behind the West, and, finding out the reasons for this lag, he wanted the East to develop again according to ways of progress, identifying your priorities here.
